We have more than 167,000 gross acres in the Midland Basin of the greater Permian Basin, where we target stacked oil and liquids-rich formations at competitive operating and development costs. At December 31, 2012, our proved reserves totaled 95.5 MMBoe, made up of 39% oil, 30% NGLs and 31% natural gas.
