Since our inception in 2002, Approach Resources Inc. has been engaged in the exploration, development, production and acquisition of unconventional natural gas and oil properties onshore in the United States and British Columbia. We focus on natural gas reserves in tight gas sands and shale gas areas. We currently operate in Texas, New Mexico and Kentucky and have a non-operating interest in British Columbia. Our management and technical team has extensive experience finding and exploiting unconventional reservoirs by applying advanced drilling, fracturing and completion techniques.
